FOR TUTORING AND SPECIALTY LEARNING CENTERS

Help local parents find the program you want to grow.

Parents need to know who your program is for, why it may help and how to ask about it. Before spending on more inquiries, check that your team can respond and the full cost could make sense.

A clear program message. Clear staff ownership of the next step.

Start with three checksSee the campaign and cost

For staffed tutoring and specialty learning centers.

Three checks before you spend on more inquiries

  1. Make one program clear

Write down who it helps, what it covers and how a parent can ask about it. Focusing on one program gives families a specific decision and your staff a specific conversation to start.

  2. Give each inquiry an owner

Name who replies, when they’re available and how they record the next step. Your team can then see which families still need follow-up.

  3. Check the full economics

Compare the full cost with what you keep from an added enrollment after serving the student. Check whether available places, enrollment timing and your current process make the required extra enrollments plausible.

WHEN REACHING MORE PARENTS IS THE USEFUL NEXT STEP

28-Day Parent Inquiry Campaign

You can put one program in front of local parents without taking on campaign setup and management yourself. We handle one Meta advertising campaign; your staff handles parent conversations, follow-up and bookings.

  • One staffed center, one program and one local market
  • Campaign setup and management, with a clear program message and contact route
  • Practical reply and follow-up steps for your staff
  • Four weekly reviews and a short final report to inform your next decision

$2,500 upfront for 28 days, including setup.

Advertising and required platform charges are separate, agreed before starting and paid through your center’s own ad account. We agree the advertising days before payment.

When more inquiries may help

  • You run a staffed tutoring or specialty learning center.
  • You have a specific program with room for more students.
  • A named person on your team can contact families, follow up and book conversations.
  • You can provide access to your advertising account and agree a separate ad budget.

Before payment, we will confirm the work, total cost, start date, account readiness, staff coverage, and whether the fee plus advertising budget makes sense for your center.

How to judge whether it could be worthwhile

Before you pay, we look at the full campaign cost and what you keep from an added enrollment after serving the student. That helps us work out how many extra enrollments would cover the cost and whether your open seats and usual enrollment process could support additional enrollments. Covering the cost is the starting point; the possible upside, cash timing and uncertainty matter too.

The 28-day project includes setup. Families may take longer to enroll, so we agree when to review enrollment results before starting. More inquiries alone do not tell us whether the campaign paid off.

A few practical questions

What does it cost?

The service fee is $2,500 upfront for the 28-day project, including setup. Advertising and required platform charges are separate and paid through your center’s own ad account. We agree the budget and total cost before payment. There is no automatic renewal.

Is this the free Enrollment Leak Review?

No. This free 15-minute call is to check fit for the paid Parent Inquiry Campaign. It does not include the separate free 30-minute Enrollment Leak Review or its one-page summary.

Does the campaign run ads for all 28 days?

The 28-day project includes setup. Before payment, we agree the start, launch milestone and planned days the campaign will run. Account approval and platform review can affect timing.
